DIY Body Scrub

With summer in full swing it is important to take care of your skin and this is what we call a win-win; exfoliating your skin and improving circulation in your lymphatic system. It can ward off cellulite too. Do a dry body brush before you shower or use a coffee, salt or sugar scrub.

Make your own by mixing 1 cup coconut sugar with 3/4 cup raw coconut oil and 1/4 cup raw cacao. Combine in a bowl before generously slathering on your skin pre-shower. Warning: smells good enough to eat.
