We've made some changes

As part of our plan to continually improve the customer experience and traffic flow during busy periods, Centre City has been working towards having a fully automated carpark. As of the 1st November, we no longer have staff at the Level 1 and Level 3 carpark exits to take payment. There will be a concierge service in the carpark during the initial transition to assist customers.

See below for parking payment options effective from 1 November 2019.

Paying by credit card or debit card
  • No parking ticket needed
  • As you enter the carpark, insert or payWave your card
  • Use that same card when you exit to make your payment
Paying by cash or card at a Paystation
  • Take a parking ticket on entry
  • Store your ticket away from magnetic cards and phones
  • Find one of the Paystations located around the centre
  • Notes, coins and cards are accepted
  • You've then got 15 minutes to exit the carpark (plenty of time!)
Regular visitors - Centre City parking card
  • If you're a regular visitor, you may prefer a parking card
  • Load a dollar value and use it when you visit
  • Available at the Management Office on level two.
