Keeping our spaces safe for everyone

Well done Taranaki, you've helped the team of 5 million New Zealanders reach Alert Level 1. We still think it's important to ensure your visit is a safe and welcoming experience so you'll notice some changes around how we're managing our spaces.
As of Wednesday 1 July 2020, Centre City carpark charges will be reinstated. The good news is, we're making it easier to pop in and grab a coffee, have a bite to eat, or top up your winter wardrobe with 30 minutes of parking FREE.  Find out more here.
Our focus continues to be ensuring a safe environment for our customers, our community and those who work within our centre.
When visiting Centre City, we ask that you assist us in keeping our spaces safe for everyone by:
  • Practicing good hygiene, washing your hands regularly and using hand sanitiser
  • Coughing or sneezing into your elbow
  • Being kind, patient and taking care of one another
  • If you are feeling unwell - stay home, get medical advice and get better.

We remain diligent in our cleaning processes and hygiene practices.  We have placed an additional cleaning focus on key areas such as hard surfaces, food courts and bathrooms and have facilities in place to support our customers and retailers to practise good hygiene, such as hand sanitisers placed throughout the centre.
The Centre Management team are here to help with any queries you may have. We’ve installed a safety screen at our reception desk to help protect our team members. Gift Cards can be purchased at the management office. Please use contactless payment methods if possible.
Thank you for helping us to keep our spaces safe for everyone.
